Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom Products: All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Damaged Items: In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email with a photo of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.
  • Non-Custom Merchandise: Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Event and Wedding Packages: If you have purchased a wedding or event package, all  details will be outlined in your personal event contract.
